Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

All items manufactured by Nocturnal Optics come standard with a Lifetime Warranty. This means that if any component of your housing, which is originally manufactured and supplied by Nocturnal Optics, needs replacement at any point during the lifespan of the product, we will provide a new component free of charge.

 

We prioritize customer satisfaction and want you to feel confident in purchasing our products. Therefore, we ensure that you are covered even if you accidentally drop your night vision device or it experiences a heavy impact resulting in housing breakage.

Our warranty covers such incidents and guarantees replacement for any housing component.

 

It is important to note that this warranty also applies to second-hand purchases. Even if you bought a housing from someone else, as long as it is originally manufactured and supplied by Nocturnal Optics, it is still covered under our warranty. No purchase order is needed for warranty claims on second-hand products.

 

IMPORTANT: This warranty specifically excludes damages to lenses or intensifier tubes. For any issues or damages related to these parts, you will need to contact us separately for further assistance.

 

Furthermore, please be aware that items not manufactured by Nocturnal Optics are not covered under this warranty. If you have purchased other retail items that are not OEM by Nocturnal Optics, we recommend contacting the original manufacturer for their specific warranty information.

 

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
